SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Former Wofford basketball standout Noah Dahlman has signed a two-year professional contract with MZT Skopje in Macedonia. A three-time All-Southern Conference honoree, Dahlman led the Terriers to back-to-back SoCon titles and trips to the NCAA Tournament.
A native of Braham, Minnesota, Dahlman led the team with 20.1 points per game and was second with 5.6 rebounds per game. Among conference players he was third in scoring, first in field goal percentage and 14th in rebounding. Nationally he was fifth in field goal percentage (62.3%) and 23rd in scoring.
For his career, he scored 2,013 points which ranks fifth all-time in Wofford history and is the most in the Division I era. He scored in double-figures in 81 consecutive games. He finished third in career field goal percentage in Southern Conference history (59.9%). In 2010 he was named Southern Conference Player of the Year and earned honorable mention All-America honors from the Associated Press.
He was named Southern Conference Tournament Most Outstanding Player in both 2010 and 2011 as the Terriers won the Southern Conference Tournament Championship. Wofford reached the NCAA Tournament in both seasons.
MZT Skopje is based in Skopje, Macedonia and founded in 1966. They currently play in the Macedonian First League, which is the top-tier league in Macedonia. Prior to Macedonian independence in 1991, Macedonian basketball teams competed in the Yugoslav basketball league. The league begins play in October.
